5 Ways To Hear Your Intuition And Find Clarity

We are living in the age of too many choices.

Bombarded with ideas

and information,

we become paralyzed by too much input.

These days, we have to navigate our way through so much uncertainty, that sometimes our fear takes over and we become frozen with indecision.

We begin to worry about doing everything right. About making bad choices, about taking too big a risk.

It’s exhausting and draining to constantly wonder what we are supposed to be doing next.

Being chronically worried and unable to make decisions for our own benefit, growth and well-being can make us sick, nervous and depressed.

But don’t worry! You don’t need to be stuck with fear and obsessing with uncertainty any more.

Your intuition will guide you to your inner truth, and shield you from negativity and uncertainty. Intuition can act as a beautiful, calm inner compass that will alway guide you back to your true path.

Like all great skills, intuitive thinking can be developed.

And as it becomes stronger, it will generate more creative ideas, more passion and energy and most significantly, a radiant relationship between you and the life you live.

These empowering practices to connect you to your inner truth.

1. Use Visualization

Intuition is a primarily right brain activity and therefore speaks the language of images, feelings, color and the subtle senses. It will quickly help you to grasp what your intuition is telling you. Spend more time imagining your ideal outcomes. Visualize you ideal day. Daydreams are a welcome avenue to allow your intuition to speak!

2. Get more familiar with your “NO.”

Notice how your intuition reacts when you go too far, agree to things you don’t want to do, spend too much money, give in when you should stand your ground.

Notice how your body feels when your intuition is saying NO. You might get a tightness in your tummy, or feel stressed and upset. Or like me, you might start shaking a little bit, almost unnoticably, but it’s clearly a sign for me to walk away. Maybe you feel a bit confused and disoriented all of a sudden. Start noticing how your intuition communicates through your physical and emotional body.

3. Are listening to your fear, or to your inspiration?

Are the options you’re looking at leading you towards growth... or towards holding on to your comfort zone?

There are two kinds of fear. One is the kind that tells you to get out of a burning building. The other is a feeling of worry or anxiety. We spend a lot of out life listening to our fear, but very little time identifying what it is we are specifically afraid of. Once you know what it is you fear, it becomes much easier to manage it.

4. Use you intuition to create self-support.

Find simple ways to carry out your goals in ways that will make your day go easier. We are way too hard on ourselves sometimes! Forcing things to happen. Biting the bullet. Mustering our efforts, it’s an exhausting form of self-denial. Look intuitively for ways to carry out your tasks by being supportive and simplifying your approach. Or create a more positive environment to make you day go more gently and effectively.

5. Follow your inner muse.
