How to Develop Your Clairaudience

Are you clairaudient?

Tips + exercises to increase your clear audience

1- a little bird told me

This is a great way to start the day and increase your intuitive guidance go outside whether it's in your backyard on a balcony or in a safe place in nature and sit for 10 to 20 minutes just listening to the birds set the intention that through listening you will hear a message and the next step or guidance you need to hear

2- draw a tarot card and write a paragraph about what this card card is saying to you in words like a conversation.

3- listening to the music.

The universe has many ways to speak to you listen to the words of a song you hear in a car on the radio at the supermarket . Ask the universe a question and meditate on that question for 5 minutes before the day starts for you and then listen to music as you go about your day and take note of the seams you are hearing.

4- call in a spirit guide

Call in your guardian angel or a high level guide to give you a message start by clearing the space around you light a candle burn some incense put some music on visualize a luminescent white light all around you extending into your room as an invitation for your guide to join you.

5- Journal to increase clairaudience

To really advance your clear audience abilities start a journal with the intention of listening to your psychic messages.

Ask your intuition questions such as.

... If I were to give my goal or intention a name it would be...

... What am I feeling or sensing about this situation?

... How would I describe the best possible action to take right now.

... How can I make this situation flow more for me what can I let go of what would be more in alignment with who I am?

Recognizing clear audience messages

I started receiving clear audience insights and guidance from a very young age by using my imagination when listening to the radio.

I would picture the people and situations in the music vividly in my head for fun but soon discovered that my inner guidance was speaking to me through the music

Clear audience can have a voice. For instance you can suddenly hear your name being called or a message that was meant for you in a dream.

Vibration of such a message is different from everyday conversation it touches you or electrifies you with recognition that you are meant to hear this. Like a wake up call.

Clear audience can be silent but understood.

.. there is a practice in yoga called retracting the senses in which you listen without putting any meaning or labels or words to what you are hearingb with your ears.

Sitting in a state of your awareness without any thought or judgment.
